We have to know ourselves to lead. Personal awareness leads to individual growth leads toor what we Iike to call ignition which involves knowing your truth through the use of radical self-love. healing happens in the present moment.

In emphasizing radical self-love, we recognize what you need for yourself, is what others need from you.

We need others. Focused on interpersonal growth through curiosity, listening and communication. Nothing happens in isolation, only in relationship to each other.

Philosophy: Group think is why cults are effective. This is the opposite of cults, because it doesn’t exclude all other possibilities but what the leaders believe, instead it radically includes all voices and all view points to create something revolutionary.
